About Me
Sam Graduated from London Metropolitan University with an MSc in Sports Therapy in 2013 and has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout his exciting career, Sam has worked in elite sport, private practise and professional football with Millwall FC.
Sam is passionate about treating patients with the aim of getting them back to full fitness and doing what they love, whether that be your average day-to-day activities, amateur or elite level sporting competition. His specialities include Overuse Injuries, Lower-Back Pain, Exercise Rehabilitation and Rehab Pilates, while also holding qualifications in Dry Needling and Gait Re-Education.
Sam is able to tailor his treatment to any injuries that are preventing patients from training or competing. Even if these are just aches and pains that may be affecting your day-to-day life. Having worked in elite sport, Sam believes in treating everyone as though they are a professional athlete. His aim is to not only diagnose and treat the injured area, but also to assess and treat any areas in the body that may allow the injury to reoccur. Sam strives to provide each patient with the best care possible ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and supportive environment.
Outside of work, Sam has a strong background in team sports, having played both football and American football for many years. However, more recently he can be found strength training or out on his bike racing in Time Trials. His current goal being to qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in 2023 after narrowly missing out on qualification last year (2022).
